they say to make sure your kids have a good nights rest and sleep according to schedule, parents should encourage them in outdoor activities be it walking, cycling or simply getting messy, to dispose off any extra energy (they say the best is to get a trampoline...hmm.... good idea ini!!)
so i have been doing that & so far it works. by 8pm, they'd already be asking for milk and wants to go to sleep.

theres nothing that makes us parents much more prouder when our kids know how to ride a bike. its something simple.... but it brought me soo much joy watching them paddling away with smiles on their faces. tho having problem navigating still

Aquaria, KL Convention Centre

this was when we went to Aquaria. cant really remember how much the admission fee was but i would recommend this place to anyone who visits KL. its a MUST visit place. before heading off to Aquaria, i thought mau makan kat KLCC's food court. my thoughts was at this DELICIOUS nasi kerabu.... mmg sedap!!!!
unfortunately, becoz we reached KLCC during lunch hour, you can just imagine the lunch crowd there. manusia... mcm ulat taik.... punyala ramai!!!! lastly we had to eat at this indonesian restaurant at level 5 KLCC. its not bad i must say. & i like the restaurants embience.... very private altho its quite packed. food was good but nothing to shout about... but it beats the bustling, noisy & packed food court i guess.
after lunch we walked to Aquaria. none of us knew where Aquaria really is. we just redah je. we saw the KL convention centre... and we walked heading towards it. kat luar sikit punyala poster "welcome to aquaria" but once inside the centre... "manala Aquaria nyer?" typical malaysia la kan..... at the main building... takde pun directions to get to Aquaria. when we finally found this building direction map... it said "Aquaria- tingkat B2" - or something like that.... thus we took the lift down. bukak2 je pintu lift.. it was the basement parking. Aquaria hatoknyer!!!????
went back up. asked one of the guards who happened to came out of the men's.... and he said... "oooo kena mau jalan sikit depan. kat situ naik itu escalator turun" haiyah... gi tuh ke.... so thats what we did..... we walked a bit & there it was a small tiny sign .... "Aquaria" and a pathetic arrow.... spend millions ringgit on building the bloody convention centre & aquaria.. sampai no budget to make a decent signage....!!!!
nways... yup... Aquaria KLCC is indeed better than waterworld in Langkawi. 2 thumbs up for it. having gone to Sydney's Aquarium... i must say i am proud with Aquaria.... (except for the bad signage part... coz masa nak balik... we sesat again.... nak cari the dang tunnel punya hal)

out to OU

this was when lan had to drop by the office while my sis & i went out to OU. there we met up with Kak Mas (who is also back in m'sia from brissie) and her sis for lunch. best betul gi OU during weekdays... tidak kalu, swarm and swarm of human beings je you nampak. mana dtg ntah manusia yg sikit punya byk......!!!!
bought tickets to watch "Casino Royale" it was dead cheap. RM12 for 2 tickets!!!!! bargain giler!!!! (thats about AU$4 for both tickets) i thought satu ticket was RM12.... sudah ku keluarkan dah RM25... then the lady at the booth went ... "bukan dik... RM12 unt both the tickets" wahhhh good good...cheap cheap!!!!!
ronda punya ronda kat OU tu ingat mau get shoes/sandals for the boys... but takde langsung yg menarik. went to this padini store ke hapa benda kat OU new wing. ku borong t-shirts for the boys from MIKI and SEED... after 50% discount it came up to one t-shirt only RM30. so i bought 4 of it (2 MIKI, and 2 SEED) .... coz x byk design yg berkenan. ye la.. sale kan.....
for tea, went to DOME. ate this thai salad ke hapa benda...pedas....!!!!!
after habis tawaf satu OU, new & old wing....... we went back home for me to get changed so that i boleh keluar with lan to watch the movie at OU malam tu pulak. had dinner at Chilli's. tah hapa pasal ntah, this time pergi tak sedap la pulak i rasa. after dinner we hung out at MPH to buy few books.... then off to DOME again to wait for "Casino Royale" to screen....
it was THE movie i must say... !!!!

venue : mecca's for breakfast then lunch at Spring Garden, Crown Princess
time : 9am- 3pm
who came? : everyone except Harp, Ciku Nunu, Sabb & Ananur
this is my first gathering with ladies from betikland. i actually got up late for this gathering. huargh!!! was soo tired as didnt have rest from the momment we touched down on saturday (sunday, a tea-do with friends; monday, attended a cousin's doa selamat kenduri) but nonetheless, i reached there in time. actually i was the second to sampai. met up with kak long aka sofeya first.......
anyways, we had loads of laugh and loads of food too. ekekeke.... best duduk tepi cik dee coz she pun like me... simply loves eating!!!!
thanks ladies esp cik dee for organizing a fun-filled-eating-extravaganza-food-galore gathering .... but sorry masa balik hari tu tak sempat nak buat farewell party kan? next time la kita gather gather lagi k?

My son ni not rough n tumble enough la, i think. Haiyoh! Must tell Imet to start taking Z out more for plays. Bike or no bike. 
... eh, burung yg kat mail box tu punyala kuat bunyinya.. dahla bunyi pelik la tu... hari tu dok tenggek kat balkoni umah i siap bunyi2 giteww... i dok dlm umah terkejut takyah cakap aaa!!!
