konon pagi tadi i wanted to do some reading in my bedroom... but obviously my 2 bujangs cant leave their mommy alone. they came, & they conquered the bed terus. dah gitu bawak pulak toys masing-masing. so my plan mau membaca tu, kena la i postpone yet again

for dinner, i cooked beef rendang. i really tak tau what sayur goes well with rendang. so anyone with ideas... sila la share your ideas with me ek?

this was what we had for dinner. lemak cili api, sambal belacan ulam timon & ikan bilis goreng with cili & garlic (recipe courtesy of Harp's wife, MamaQ...)

i ni selalu masak lemak cili api kan? napain? coz its my favourite actually

i made karipap for tea. tapi sempat bikin 10 je coz by then had to do sumthing else. grrr.... masa time goreng tu la my sons ni buat pasal. so forgive me la if the first 5 of the karipap were a bit hangus. im starting to miss the small small gerais where you can just buy 3 karipaps for RM1.....

6 WEIRD THINGS ABOUT LYN
(oso in no particular order... kira mcm pet peeves la ni kan?)

1. I HAVE to make sure that my bed is all made up before i go to sleep. and the toilet lights must be ON so that i dont run into any walls when i need to use it at night

2. When i hang my clothes to dry, i have to line them up in a particular order according to size & color. Same goes when i hang them in closets- according to size, color & usage.

3. I am obsessed with cleaning detergents. I somewhat tried & have almost all cleaning detergent brands.

4. I have to buy toilet paper that matches my toilet and tissue boxes that matches a room

5. I HATE combing my hair coz i feel like whenever i comb my hair, i will get bald faster

6. I bite 2 of my nails coz i believe i cant do any work with it being long.

this is Hazlan's favourite kuih of all.... thus i decided to do it for today's tea

nways, today hazlan woke me up & breakfast was already prepared. french toast, hot cofee, bread & jam for the boys. boys too were already changed & had their bottle of milk. after breakfast, we rushed to the butcher & asian market. as i browsed thru aisle after aisle in the market... there it was "GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR"

thanks nurul for the recipe and gula melaka..... & tak yah ku gi rumah mu ambik itu tepung beras. TAPI nak gi rumah mu makan carrot cake tho



so amacam? ok tak?
